MFA Availability

  • By default, MFA is available as an optional feature for all users.

  • In some instances, Logixboard might have configured your platform with MFA as a mandatory step, users must set it up after initial login.

  • Users can enable MFA via their profile settings: Go to Settings > Profile > Multi-Factor Authentication > Set Up

  • Select Authentication App and click Set Up.

  • To begin MFA setup, you will need to download an authenticator app on your device (like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Duo Mobile, or Authy)

  • Scan the QR code provided in the platform, enter the code generated by the authenticator app and then click Next

  • And Voila! You've setup MFA πŸ”
