Introduction
Multi-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Logixboard account by requiring two or more pieces of proof to authenticate before one can access.

MFA Availability
By default, MFA is available as an optional feature for all users.
In some instances, Logixboard might have configured your platform with MFA as a mandatory step, users must set it up after initial login.
Users can enable MFA via their profile settings: Go to Settings > Profile > Multi-Factor Authentication > Set Up
Select Authentication App and click Set Up.
To begin MFA setup, you will need to download an authenticator app on your device (like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Duo Mobile, or Authy)
Scan the QR code provided in the platform, enter the code generated by the authenticator app and then click Next
And Voila! You've setup MFA 🔐
