Setup Troubleshooting
The Clockwork add-in is missing from the Outlook Add-In list. It may not be deployed to your account yet, or Outlook hasn’t refreshed. Talk to your Manager or IT to ensure the Add-In has been deployed to your user.
No staff with that reference found error when Updating User. Your TMS Manager, Manager, or IT hasn’t setup Staff References yet, or yours hasn’t been added yet. Talk to them to get it added.
