Overview
As a tenant admin, you can control which modules and features are available to each organization in your account. This is managed through Settings > Module Access.
Module access lets you:
Enable or restrict specific features for individual organizations
View all available modules your account has access to in one place
Ensure users only see the features relevant to their work
Understanding How Modules Are Organized
Modules are grouped logically so related features stay together. For example, Trucking Visibility is the parent module, and optional features like LTL Quoting and LTL Booking are nested beneath it.
Important: If an optional feature depends on a parent module, you must enable the parent module first. For example, an organization cannot use LTL Quoting unless they also have access to Trucking Visibility.
Only modules that are active on your account will appear in Module Access. If a module doesn't appear, it hasn't been enabled for your account.
Granting an Organization Access to a Module
Go to Settings
Click Module Access on the left-hand menu
Find the module you want to configure and click Edit
Select Specific Organizations
In the organization search field, type the organization's name
Select the organization from the dropdown results
Click Save
When a module is configured for Specific Organizations, only those listed organizations will have access to it. Any organization not explicitly granted access will not see or be able to use that module.
Removing an Organization's Access to a Module
Go to Settings
Click Module Access
Find the relevant module and click Edit
Locate the organization to remove and deselect them
Click Save
The organization will immediately lose access to that module.
Checking What an Organization Can See
You can test and verify an organization's module access using the View As feature:
Click the Cog icon on the top-right of the screen
Select View As
In the pop-up window, select Customer
Type the Organization Name in the search bar
Click Apply
The interface will reflect exactly what that organization's users can see and access
This is useful for confirming that access changes have taken effect before communicating them to users.
Things to Know
Modules set to "All Organizations" are available to every organization by default and do not need to be configured individually.
Global features, like Shipments, will be made available for all organizations; therefore, no toggle is needed.
Any changes made here are reflected in real time. There is no additional sync step required.
If you have a module set to
Specific Organizationsand no organizations defined, that means that module is only available to tenant admins and tenant users. That module is not available to other customers. This is a way to keep certain modules only available to internal users. You will only see modules that are relevant to your account's configuration. Modules your account does not use will not be displayed.
