Resource Center

Your team's shared home for business documents

Written by Support Team

No more digging through email threads for that SOP, tariff reference sheet, or signed contract. The Resource Center is a new page in Logixboard where you and your customer can upload, organize, and share important business documents- all in one centralized, searchable place.

Instead of forwarding files back and forth or hunting through old email chains, documents now live directly in your Logixboard portal, where the right people can find them whenever they need them.

Documents that belong in the Resource Center

The Resource Center is organized into four categories, so documents are easy to file and even easier to find:

  • Legal & Compliance

    • Powers of attorney

    • Compliance certifications

    • Related documentation

  • Standard Operating Procedures

    • Internal SOPs

    • How-to guides for working together

  • Trade & Tariff Reference

    • HS code lists

    • Tariff references

    • And other trade documentation

  • Contracts & Commercial

    • Pricing agreements

    • Contracts

    • And commercial documents

How to upload a document

  1. Navigate to the Resource Center page.

  2. Click the Upload Document button.

  3. Drag and drop your file, or click Browse to select it from your computer.

  4. Choose a Category for the document (Legal & Compliance, Standard Operating Procedures, Trade & Tariff Reference, or Contracts & Commercial).

  5. Set the Visibility for who can see the document:

    • Internal (default) — Only visible within your own organization. If you have access to multiple organizations, you'll be asked to choose which one you're uploading to.

    • Specific Organization (available to freight forwarders) — Search for and select a specific customer organization that should have access.

    • All Organizations — Visible to everyone across the platform.

  6. Click Next to review a confirmation screen showing the file name, category, and who will have access.

  7. Click Confirm and Upload. Your document now appears in the Resource Center under its assigned category.

That confirmation step is there for your protection — it's your last check to make sure a document isn't shared more widely (or narrowly) than you intended.

Finding a document

Have a lot of documents on file? Use the search bar to filter by document name — handy if you're looking for a specific pricing contract or file you recall by name.

You can also filter by category to narrow things down further, or combine filters (for example, Legal & Compliance documents visible to all organizations) to zero in on exactly what you need.

What you'll see for each document

Every document in the Resource Center displays:

  • Document name

  • Category

  • Visibility

  • Upload date

  • Uploaded by

From here, you can:

  • Download the document at any time

  • Update visibility by clicking the pencil icon, if permissions need to change

  • Delete the document (available to Tenant Admins and the original uploader)

Deleting a document

Click the delete icon and confirm in the pop-up window. This extra confirmation step helps prevent documents from being deleted by accident.

Note: If a document is shared with multiple organizations and you delete it, you'll be prompted to choose whether to remove access for just one organization or delete the document entirely for everyone it's shared with.
