Logixboard uses the combination of CargoWise (CW1) events and dates to represent the status of a container.

There are a variety of ways that a container can enter/exit a status. The rules for how statuses change and where to check in CW1 for the appropriate event/milestone/date are listed below.

Logixboard checks the following things in CW1 to determine the status:

Events (Workflow & Tracking → Events) on the container or attached consol
Dates on the container or attached consol

🛠️ Note: Logixboard does not use "Estimated" events from CW1.

Transport Status

Status Name	Description
Pending	The container has not started its journey OR Logixboard has not received any information to suggest that it has started its journey
Empty Container Ready To Load (only applies to non-LCL shipments)	The empty container has been released from the container yard and is ready to be loaded
Pickup In Progress	The container is being picked up and taken to port of origin
At Origin Port	The container is at port of origin
In Transit	The container is in transit between port of origin and port of destination
At Destination Port	The container is at port of destination
Full Container Ready for Pickup (only applies to non-LCL shipments)	The container has been unloaded/discharged at the destination port and is ready to be picked up
Out for Delivery	The container is leaving port and you ARE handling final delivery
Released for Delivery	The container is leaving port and you ARE NOT handling final delivery
Delivered	The container has been delivered to final destination
Empty Container Ready for Return (only applies to non-LCL shipments)	The empty container is ready to be returned to the container yard
Empty Container Returned (only applies to non-LCL shipments)	The empty container has been returned to the container yard

In Transit	DEP event is present and location is origin port or middle port OR ARV or GIN event is present AND location is one of the middle ports (not origin or destination) for either the container OR consol OR Actual Time Departure is present for the Consol's First Routing Leg	Containers →Workflow & Tracking → Events Consolidation → Workflow & Tracking → Events Consolidation → Details → Voyage → ATD
At Destination Port	DRC CW1 event is present OR ARV event is present AND the location is the destination port OR GIN event is present AND the location is the destination port for either the container OR consol OR Consol Actual Time Arrival is present	Containers →Workflow & Tracking → Events Consolidation → Workflow & Tracking → Events Consolidation → Routing → ATA
Full Container Ready for Pickup (only applies to non-LCL shipments)	If shipment attached to the container is not an LCL Shipment AND FUL event is present AND the location is the destination port OR CAV event is present OR Full Available at Cargo Terminal Operator date is present for container	Containers →Workflow & Tracking → Events Containers → Import Process → CTO Available

Released for Delivery	Delivery Transport Company is not present AND GOU event is present at the final destination port for either the container OR consol	Containers →Workflow & Tracking → Events Consolidation → Workflow & Tracking → Events
Delivered	DCF event is present OR DLV event is present for either the container OR consol OR Delivery Cartage Complete date is present	Containers →Workflow & Tracking → Events Consolidation → Workflow & Tracking → Events Containers → Import Process → Actual Full Delivery
Empty Container Ready for Return (only applies to non-LCL shipments)	If shipment attached to the container is not an LCL Shipment AND CRE event is present OR Empty Ready for Return date is present for container	Containers → Workflow & Tracking → Events Containers → Import Process → Empty Ready
Empty Container Returned (only applies to non-LCL shipments)	If shipment attached to the container is not an LCL Shipment AND DHR event is present at container yard OR Empty Returned On date is present for container	Containers → Workflow & Tracking → Events Containers → Import Process → Empty Returned On
