Shipment Transport Statuses

1. Pending

Definition: The shipment has not started its journey, or Logixboard has not received any information to suggest that it has started.

When it occurs: At the beginning of the shipping process for all shipments.

2. Booking Confirmed

Definition: The booking for the shipment has been confirmed.

When it occurs: After the initial booking process is complete for all shipment types.

3. Pickup in Progress

When it occurs: When the actual pick-up date is present on the pickup tab, or the PUP event/milestone has an actual date.

4. At Origin Port

Definition: The shipment has arrived at the port of origin.

When it occurs: When GIN, CAD, or FLO events are present and the location is the origin port, or when PCF has an actual date.

5. In Transit

Definition: The shipment is in transit between the port of origin and the port of destination.

When it occurs: When an ATD is entered on the routing tab, the DEP event is present on the consol and the location is the origin port, or when the ARV is present in the consol for any port except the origin or the final destination port.

6. At Destination Port

Definition: The shipment has arrived at the port of destination.

When it occurs: When an ATA is entered on the routing tab at the final leg, or when the ARV is present in the consol and the location is the final destination port.

7. Out For Delivery

Definition: The shipment is en route to its final destination.

When it occurs: When the Delivery Transport Company is present and the shipment has a GOU event at its destination port.

8. Released for Delivery

Definition: The shipment has been released for final delivery but may not yet be en route.

When it occurs: When the Delivery Transport Company is not present and the shipment has a GOU event at its destination port.

9. Delivered

Definition: The shipment has been successfully delivered to its final destination.

When it occurs: When there's an actual delivery date on the delivery tab, or when DCF, DLV, or DHR milestones have an actual date.

Special Considerations

LCL (Less than Container Load) Shipments

For LCL shipments where the LSP is handling final delivery, the status flow is slightly different:

In Transit β†’ At Destination Port β†’ In Transit (instead of "Out for Delivery") β†’ Delivered

This is because LCL shipments often go through an intermediate location for unpacking and de-consolidation before final delivery.

Multiple Container Shipments

For shipments with multiple containers, a "Partially Delivered" status may appear if not all containers have been delivered.
