Overview
Agents can now view and work with orders linked to the shipments and bookings they’re already associated with. This expands agent access beyond shipment-level visibility and brings agents into the same job-level workflow as freight forwarding teams.
Agents can also create bookings directly from orders they have access to. This reduces handoffs and manual coordination.
How this helps
Orders often contain the context agents need to execute efficiently:
Job references
Shipment details
Execution requirements
Previously, agents relied on freight forwarders to relay this info manually. That led to delays, missed details, duplicate communication across email and chat
Now, agents and freight forwarders can collaborate from the same source of truth with less information lost during handoffs, while execution becomes faster and more reliable.
How to use
Agents will see Orders associated with shipments/bookings they already have access to available in the same areas of the platform where they view shipments/bookings (no new menu items or navigation required).
From an order that an agent can access, they may view job details and (where needed) create bookings off that order.
