To securely share reports and marketing content we use a tool called Box. We will provide you a free account during onboarding.
Trying to log in to Box?
Go to account.box.com.
Remember, your Box username and password may not be the same as your Logixboard username and password.
If you see this message, select Not part of Logixboard.
If you need assistance, please reach out to your CSM or [email protected]
What to expect when we invite you to Box!
You will have a dedicated folder which will contain all the content we share with you. This may include monthly reports, sales and marketing materials, presentations, contracts and other shared documents.
Other benefits:
Each user will have their own free account
Ability to receive notifications when new files are added to your folder
Box works great with the Microsoft suite of applications
Setting up your Box account
When you receive your invitation, it will look something like this:
Select Accept Invite. This will navigate you to the Box website where you will be able to complete the setup of your free account. You’ll see many options to upgrade your account, this is not necessary for our use.
The login for Box will not use the same credentials as your Logixboard customer portal, but you can choose to use the same email and password.
Create your login details and verify your email to receive access to your Box account.
Logging in to Box
If you see this login page, select Not a part of Logixboard. While you are logging in to Logixboard’s Box account you are not logging in within Logixboard’s internal network.
Input your email address.
Input your password.
You will now be able to login.
Setting up Notifications
If you would like to receive notifications when your Customer Success Manager adds new files to your folder, please use the following instructions. (Highly recommended!)
Navigate to your account settings
Select your initials at the top right
Then select Account Settings
Once in Account Settings, click the Notifications tab
Within the Notifications tab, check Uploads under the column In Items I’ve Joined
At the upper right, select Save Changes
To get out of the settings menu, select All Files at the top of the blue left pane
IT Security Considerations
Please note that if you are not receiving emails from Box or your notifications are going to your spam or junk folder, then you may need to update your email settings.
