Outside of initial training during onboarding, we also offer ongoing resources to keep you and your customers up-to-date on what the Logixboard platform has to offer. Additionally, our Customer Experience team is available to respond to any questions that come up for you and your customers.

LXB U Monthly Webinar Series

Logixboard University is a monthly webinar series in which we help educate customers on how to make the most of their Logixboard platform. During these sessions, we demo recent releases, preview the upcoming product roadmap, and provide helpful tips on using Logixboard. All company personnel is welcome regardless of role, including your operators, salespeople, leadership, and more.

LXB U Pro Tip Series

In addition to our monthly Logixboard University webinars, we launched the LXB U Pro Tip Series to enable our customers to improve their day-to-day operations. Every six weeks, we host a webinar to review best practices and discuss how you can leverage Logixboard to maximize ROI and business success.

Getting Support

If you need additional support or have questions that aren’t answered in our provided resources, feel free to reach out for help. Depending on the request, you can either navigate to the in-app Technical Support form or contact the Customer Experience team directly.

Technical Support form

The Logixboard platform includes an in-app Technical Support form, which you can access by clicking on the Settings button and selecting Support in the drop-down. Here, you can report any technical issues that arise, or request platform changes. Your submission will be routed to our Customer Support team, and a Technical Account Manager will follow up via email.
