We know that in many cases you have workflows built into CargoWise (CW1) that you need to follow. When confirming a booking on Logixboard, you will have the ability to decide between creating a shipment or a booking in CW1.
How it Works
In a booking that is ready to be confirmed, select Confirm Booking.
You'll be able to Save as the booking as a Shipment or a Booking in CargoWise. After making your selections, click Confirm to have the booking write to CargoWise.
💡 You can configure Bookings to be automatically added to CargoWise as a shipment or a booking so the user is not presented with this choice when confirming a booking. To set this up, contact your CSM.
