We do not save all fields, as some do not exist in CargoWise. Find out more here in our internal doc mapping guide.
5. Do we attach the Booking ID # from LXB to the S-File when writing back to CargoWise?
We do not attach the booking ID to the S-file but we do add the link to the LXB view of the S-file in the Booking under the related shipment file.
6. Is the Bookings product integrated with the CargoWise Bookings module?
Yes. Users will have full visibility into all bookings based on real-time CargoWise data, regardless of where the booking originated.

All users can upload documents when creating a booking request and at any point afterwards.
9. What is the best practice for when a client wants to enter a new ship-to party (for example) when submitting a booking?
Clients can select their own Organization in the booking form, and use the "Custom Address" function to override address and contact information.
When the Booking is written into CargoWise, operators may choose to create a new Organization and save the Shipper-Consignee relationship to allow Clients to easily select these in the future.
10. What’s the delay time between the booking confirmation and when it’s in CargoWise?
The creation of the shipment file in CargoWise usually takes 1-2 minutes but can depend on the traffic going through your CargoWise instance.
11. How will admins and operators be notified once the booking is in CargoWise and a shipment is created?
Notifications for new Bookings can be enabled for Logixboard users in the Settings module.
12. From where is Service Level sourced?
Service Level may come from one of three places:
If present, Org-specific Service Levels, as defined on the Client's Organization record, are given priority when creating a Booking.
If Org-specific Service Levels are not configured for the Client's Organization, the system will fall back to using the list of your active Service Levels defined in CargoWise. Note: Service Levels must be manually extracted from CargoWise; if the Bookings form does not reflect your Service Levels, please reach out to Support.
Finally, if neither of the above are configured, Logixboard will surface a generic set of Service Levels.
13. Can we make edits to the bookings we create?
Yes, certain portions of the booking can be updated within Logixboard by admins or operators.
If so, do we have any limitations on the fields we can edit?
All fields except the Client, Shipper, and Consignee can be edited after the booking request has been submitted
Booking options cannot be edited once the customer has selected and approved an option

Not formally, though any Booking request can copied using the "Create a copy" action in Logixboard.
