The integration is facilitated using an API interface configured within the Rapid Alert module, providing real-time updates within Logixboard. Q: How does the integration work?
A: Logixboard integrates with McLeod using the Rapid Alert module. The Logixboard team will set up a series of Alerts which push data to Logixboard in real time when relevant fields are updated in McLeod.
Q: Will the integration lead to additional fees from McLeod?
A: The integration does require that you have McLeod’s optional Rapid Alert Notification System (RANS) module. If you are already leveraging this module, then no additional fees are expected.
Q: How long will it take to configure the integration and what do I need to do?
A: The limiting factors include enabling the Rapid Alert module (if not enabled) and providing LXB with access to McLeod, which is needed to configure the Alerts. Once the LXB team has access, setup can be completed in just a day or two. Ongoing access (after initial setup) is recommended for troubleshooting purposes, but not required.
Q: What data is pulled from McLeod?

Q: Can I use Logixboard if I only use Orders and not Movements in McLeod?
A: Yes! Please see our public mapping guide for how this might impact the experience.
Q: I’m using an external data feed (e.g., MacroPoint, TruckerTools, direct carrier integrations) to update McLeod - will Logixboard pull in those updates?
A: Yes! As long as the data is covered in the mapping guide (linked above), external data feeds will also update LXB. This includes live tracking data and carrier milestones.
Q: Can LXB backfill data?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Can the LXB Trucking experience include data from both CW1 and McLeod?
A: Yes! Dual data feeds are supported and data from both integrations can be used to populate the Trucking experience. Please keep in mind that the data / features supported by each integration will vary, and so the experience may be different for loads from CW1 versus those from McLeod.
Q: Can I use LXB for McLeod only (i.e., no CW1 integration?)
A: Not at this time, though we’d love to discuss this further!
