๐ŸŒŸ Trucking Visibility is a premium feature. To activate it, reach out to your CSM or Account Manager.

Trucking Visibility allows users to track domestic movements in the same platform they use to track international shipments. You will be able to:

  • Explore all trucking jobs and their statuses

    • Filter by geography, hub, or specific lanes

    • Create custom reports

  • View detailed info about a trucking job

  • Centralize all conversations related to your trucking jobs using the in-app messenger

  • Receive email reminders and notifications for important dates and milestones

  • See live dot-on-map tracking and carrier milestone data*

*These features are only available for some of our trucking platform integrations. For more information, see the article specific to your TMS (linked below).

Trucking Platform Integrations

Trucking Visibility supports an ever-growing list of transportation management system (TMS) integrations. If you donโ€™t see your TMS listed below, please reach out to your CSM to discuss integrating your system.

Trucking Job Explorer

The Trucking Job Explorer provides two different ways to view and find your jobs:

  • A map-based view with lane visibility for quick discoverability

  • A table-based view for easy sorting, filtering, and custom reporting

Like other tables, this table is designed to be flexible. You can:

  • Customize which columns are displayed

  • Use the column headers to sort or filter the data

  • Export the data to CSV

Trucking Job Details

The detailed trucking job view allows you to see more granular information about a job, such as:

  • Key dates and milestones

  • Equipment and job details

  • Documentation

The Activity tab in the sidebar allows you to view exceptions and location-related updates for the trucking job.

Exceptions

Exceptions are designed to provide visibility into any occurrences that delay or block a shipment from reaching final destination as expected.

The following Exceptions are currently supported for trucking jobs:

  • Pickup Missed - Occurs when Actual Pickup has not happened within 24hr of the Estimated Pickup.

  • Delivery Missed - Occurs when Actual Delivery has not happened within 24hr of the Estimated Delivery.

  • Missing Proof of Delivery - Occurs when there are an insufficient number of Proof of Delivery documents available.

Exceptions notifications can be toggled on or off in Settings.

Live Tracking for Trucking Visibility

If your trucking platform has an external data feed to update your trucking job data in real-time (e.g., MacroPoint, TruckerTools, direct carrier integrations), that information will be reflected in the map views on the Trucking Job Explorer and Trucking Job Details pages. This includes live dot-on-map visualization, as well as carrier milestones.

๐Ÿ’ก To see if your trucking platform integration supports these features, see the article specific to your TMS (linked above).

Settings and Notifications

You can sign up to receive email reminders and notifications for important trucking-related milestones. The following notifications are available for Trucking Visibility:

You can also control whether or not carrier information is displayed within Trucking Visibility. This can be useful in preventing customers from contracting directly with the carrier (disintermediation).

For more information, see the Notifications and Trucking Visibility sections of the settings menu.
