Walkthrough of Notification Setting options available in Logixboard

This guide explains how to set up and manage notifications in Logixboard to stay informed about your shipments and documents.

How to Set Up Notifications in LXB

  1. Log in to your Logixboard account

  2. Navigate to the Notifications tab (Go to Settings > Notifications)

  3. Admins and Operators will have the flexibility to receive notifications for all organizations or to filter notifications to focus on specific organizations. Select the organizations for which you would like to receive notifications.

    Click on All organizations if you'd like this settings to be applied for all organizations. If you'd like to receive notification for specific organizations only, click Select organizations.

    If you are a Customer user, Global Notifications section will not be visible to you.

  4. Scroll down to find your desired notification category. This Section is visible to all users.

  5. Toggle the switches for notifications you want to receive

  6. For Documents notification, you can either:

    • Enable "Notify for all document type" to receive all document notifications

    • To receive notification for specific document types select from the list below:

  • Notification options visible are dependent on the features enabled.

  • Only New Shipment Messages notification option is set to ON by default.

  • Notification preference is user-specific and might vary user to user.

  • Changes to notification settings take effect immediately.

  • Notifications are delivered via email.

Best Practices

  • Review your notification settings periodically

  • Enable notifications most relevant to your role

  • Use document type filtering to reduce notification noise
