This guide explains how to set up and manage notifications in Logixboard to stay informed about your shipments and documents.
What notifications are on by default
Only New Shipment Messages and @Mentions notifications are enabled by default for every user, and all other notifications are opt-in per user. Notifications are delivered via email.
Global vs Org-Specific Notifications
Admins & Operators can scope notifications to All organizations or selected organizations.
Customer users do not see Global Notifications; they only manage their own notification toggles.
Notifications are user-specific (not set globally by Admins for everyone).
🚨 If you’d rather receive alerts only for certain files, click the Follow icon (bell icon) on a shipment, order, and/or booking. You’ll get email notifications for new messages, document uploads, and status updates for just that shipment.
