  1. Why can’t I see all shipments in my portal?

    If Limit Shipment Visibility is enabled, you may only see shipments that your organization is directly involved with. This is intentional for data privacy and operational clarity.

  2. What does "Limit Shipment Visibility" restrict?
    It prevents specified shipment-related parties from searching for, viewing, or accessing shipments where they serve in the restricted role.

  3. If a Shipment is attached to an Order, will the Order be visible to restricted org?

    Orders will be visible to organization if they are the Buyer or Supplier.

  4. Can restrictions apply to specific shipments instead of roles?
    No. Restrictions are applied globally to roles across all shipments for the requesting tenant.

  5. What happens if a restricted party serves multiple roles?
    The restriction applies only to the specified role. Visibility for other roles remains intact.

  6. Can these settings be updated later?
    Yes. You can request changes to visibility restrictions at any time.

  7. Who can configure visibility settings?

    Logixboard Support can configure shipment visibility settings for your platform upon request.

  8. Can we configure visibility for a selected list of Organizations?

    No. Restrictions are applied globally across all Organizations.

  9. Does limiting visibility affect document and invoice access?

    Yes, limiting shipment visibility also applies to documents and invoices tied to those shipments; users won’t see files for shipments they cannot access.⁠

  10. How do I know if my access is restricted?

    If you can’t find certain shipments or related documents, it might be due to visibility restrictions. Contact your administrator for clarification.

  11. Will restricting shipment visibility impact notifications or reporting?

    Yes, users will only receive notifications and see shipment analytics for the shipments they are permitted to access.

  12. If I’m missing a shipment I think I should see, what should I do?

    First, check with your admin to confirm your organization’s access settings. Some shipments may be hidden intentionally for privacy or business reasons
