Outlook maintains stringent rules about how long plugins may be open. At the start of your day, you'll occasionally need to manually open the Companion and pin it. This guide will walk you through how to open the Companion and do that.
1) Open Outlook and select an email thread related to a shipment or declaration.
2) Open Clockwork from your Outlook add-ins.
3) The Companion will become visible anytime you open an email.
4) You can pin it to keep it visible while navigating around Outlook.
