A progress bar to track your shipment status

The Shipment Status Bar sits at the top of the Detailed Shipment View to track your shipment milestones in real time. It provides a snapshot view of the shipment’s stage in the journey using a green highlight.

The Shipment Status Bar can look a little different depending whether there are orders tied to the shipment, and who is handling the last leg of the journey.

If the shipment includes multiple containers, the status of each individual container will be displayed here too. This is especially helpful if the containers have split up at a certain point in the journey.

Shipment Stages

Order(s)

This stage is displayed if one or more orders are linked to the shipment. It displays one of the following pre-transit order statuses:

  • Incomplete

  • Placed

  • Confirmed

If there are multiple orders linked to the shipment, the status of the most progressed order is displayed. For example, if there are 3 orders linked to the shipment and 1 of them is confirmed, the status bar will show 1/3 orders confirmed.

💡 The status of individual orders is displayed in the Orders card within the Shipment Details.

Pickup

This stage is always displayed. It shows one of the following pickup statuses, with dates (if available):

  • Awaiting Pickup

  • Actual Pickup

Transit

This stage is always displayed. It shows the most recent ETA/ATA.

Delivery

This stage is always displayed. It shows the most recent ETD/ATD.

Proof of Delivery

This stage is displayed if the entire journey is being handled by the freight forwarder. (It is not displayed if a third party is handling the final leg.)

If there is proof of delivery documentation available, you can see who it's signed by and download the document right from the status bar.
