The Shipment Explorer is Logixboard’s visibility command center, enabling you to view the location and details of all your shipments in one place. The page consists of two major components:

  1. Map View: Displays a geographic distribution of your shipments based on real-time location data

  2. Shipments Table: Populates a grid with details on all of your shipments, which can be customized and filtered down to your preferred view

Map View

The Shipment Explorer map view provides a snapshot overview of your inbound and outbound shipments in each region. The map automatically pulls in the top 100 shipments from the table below. The further down you scroll, the more shipments will populate on the map.

You can also drill down into each data cluster to access more precise shipment details.

  1. Click on a bubble to open a list view of each shipment from that region.

  2. Scroll through the modal to see each shipment’s reference ID, route, transport mode, and transport status.

  3. For more information, click on any shipment to pull up the corresponding Detailed Shipment View page.

Shipments Table

In the Shipment Explorer shipments table, see a customizable grid with updates and details you need for each shipment that you’re managing. You can access historical shipments as well as upcoming shipments.

The table is designed to be flexible so you can tailor the data to suit your needs. Try dragging and dropping the columns to reorder, applying filters, or downloading the table as a CSV. Any adjustments you make will update your own view without changing the layout for any other users.

Advanced Filters

You can apply filters to all of your shipment data to customize your view and narrow down the shipments visible.

  1. Click on the upside-down pyramid icon to open the Advanced Filters options.

  2. See applied filters displayed in a yellow highlight on top of the shipments table.

  3. Click the “x” on any tag to remove the corresponding filter.

Available filters include:

  1. Transport status

  2. Customs status

  3. Transport mode

  4. Origin/destination port

  5. ETAs/ATAs

  6. Export/import customs updated

Customizing Table Columns

Customize which table columns are enabled by selecting the menu icon. You can enable or disable as many columns as you require.

You can select fields from a variety of categories, including:

  1. Reference IDs

  2. Related Parties

  3. Ports & Route

  4. Dates

  5. Shipment Details

Drag and drop columns from the header to display them in a different order. However, note that you cannot move the first two columns, which include Pinned Shipments and Reference ID. If you’d like to update the default reference ID, navigate to the Settings menu.
