Logixboard allows the ability to add users to Logixboard in 2 ways:
Via Logixboard User Interface
Via Cargowise Staff Assignments

For Cargowise (CW1) Staff Assignments, we created this video to show you how to add users via staff assignments:
Here are the steps you take in CW1 to assign a staff member to an Organization. Go to:
Maintain →
Master Data →
Organization →
Click Find →
Click on the Organization you want to modify
Staff Assignments →
Select the role of the person you want to assign to the Organization
Find the person you want assigned
Click Save
Once complete, you will then be able to control the organizations these employees are assigned to in CW1, and those changes will be reflected in both CW1 AND Logixboard.
You will be able to discern which users are set up this way under the user role Operator - CargoWise Staff, as well as the Organizations they are assigned to.
💡 If you want to change which Organizations they are assigned to, you need to do this in Cargowise.
