Who can create or change an order?
Your customers can create an order directly within Logixboard. From there, you and your team can edit the order in your TMS, and any changes will be reflected in Logixboard.
Who can access the Logixboard Help Center?
User admin and operator user types can access the Help Center directly from the Settings drop-down in Logixboard. Article can also be accessed by anyone through the link.
