  1. How do I remove an exception in Logixboard?

    Each exception is based on a calculated property in your CargoWise system. For example, when Customs Import Status = HOLD, you'll see the Customs Hold exceptions appear. Therefore, once that calculation is no longer true, the exception will stop displaying. Learn more about each specific type of exception in the CargoWise Mapping Guide

  2. Can I hide exceptions from customers without removing them?

    No; keep in mind that Logixboard ensures transparency with customers across your shipment journey, including when it comes to exceptions

  3. Does it calculate CO2 for all modes of transport?

    Yes - the calculation covers all available legs within the shipment

  4. Do you have resources to help promote this feature?

    Yes - refer to the Marketing Materials article

  5. Will you push this data back to CargoWise?

    Not by default. Please reach out if this is something you're interested in enabling.
