Q&A from the session:

Arrivals/Departures

  1. Can users see both ETAs Updated and ETDs Updated in the Inbox at the same time?

No, you will see ETAs Updated when the Arrivals toggle is selected and ETDs Updated when the Departures toggle is selected.

  2. If a particular user sets the toggle to Departures, will all other users in that organization see the Departures view as well?

No. This setting is for each individual to define, and it only applies to that specific user.

Exceptions Categories

  1. Can users re-arrange the order of the categories?

    Not at this time

  2. Will bookings exceptions and reminders be displayed here?

    Not at this time

Saved Views in the Shipment Explorer

  1. Is it possible to save more than one view of the filtered table?

Yes, you are not limited in the number of views you can create

  2. When will the saved views feature be expanded to Orders?

We have this feature planned for later this quarter, around late July/early August

  3. How do you publish the saved view for other users?

Saved views are currently only available for your clients to set for their own instance. You will be able to create views for your customers when the feature goes live around late June.

  4. Is it possible to select which view of the filtered table I want to use?

Yes, it is possible to select from a list of saved views.

  5. Does Saved Views store the state of the Archived Status Filter?

No. A user can create the saved view and then can enable/disable the relevant shipments filter.

  6. Can I rename the view of the filtered table?

No, but you can delete and save it again with a new name

Link Order To Booking

  1. Can a booking have more than one related order?

Yes, it is not uncommon for multiple orders to be booked together (to ship together). Users will be able to select 1+ orders when creating a booking.

  2. Will order data automatically populate the booking form?

    Not at this time

  3. How will I see orders related to bookings in CargoWise One?

Once the booking is confirmed in Logixboard, we will create the Shipment file (S-file) within CargoWise One. We will then link the S-file to the Orders using the Job Management Links section of the S-file.

Booking Exceptions Notifications

  1. Can I subscribe my customer to receive these email notifications?

No, each user controls their own email notification settings.

  2. Are these email notifications on by default?

    No

  3. Is this feature available for all users?

Yes, this is available for all users, including your employees and customers.

  4. Will the email notifications be white-labeled with my branding, logo, and colors?

    Yes

Agent Experience

  1. How are rates visualized within the Agent Experience?

You can see both the rate and the rate with margin. The Agent can only see the rate they put into the system. Your customer can only see the rate with margin. Neither the agent or customer will know about the margin being added on top of the rate.

  2. Can I route shipper requests to an agent?

    Not at this time

  3. Can I auto-assign agents to shipments?

    Not at this time

  4. Can I review agent-provided options and rates before my customer sees them?

You will be able to review the options and rates provided by the agent, add margins to the rate, and show/hide them at your convenience.

  5. Can agents upload bookings directly to the system instead of having to type every single booking manually?

No, they must create the booking within Logixboard.

  6. Will all the routing information, freight rate etc. pull through into CargoWise from when an Agent/“External User” creates a booking?

When the booking is confirmed, the data is pushed into CargoWise, and an S-file is created.

CO2 Visibility

  1. What sort of methodology is used for CO2 emissions tracking?

Logixboard integrates with Lune, which generates calculations using the GLEC framework based on the shipment information from Logixboard (transport mode, weight, distance).

  2. Is it possible to insert our own calculated emissions data with shipments?

    No

  3. Does the calculation include all shipment legs, or just ocean?

The calculation covers all available legs within the shipment. (If we only have information about the ocean leg, the calculation will be for ocean only.)

  4. Where can I learn more about the current regulations?

See this handy overview from our partner, Lune

  5. When does the CO2 calculation show up in Logixboard?

The calculation happens once we get the ATA for the final leg of the route.

Marketing Materials

  1. Do I need to create a Canva account to use these assets?

Yes– but it’s a free and easy process to set up

  2. Do you need a Canva Pro account to edit these assets?

No, you can edit all of the templates we provide with Canva Free.
