Initial setup is a breeze, and only requires providing your LXB representative with an "all customer" API key and list of Customers.
Q: Will the integration lead to additional fees from Extensiv?
A: Extensiv's API product is sold with monthly 'data bundles' against which all Extensiv integrations are metered. The Logixboard integration is highly flexible, allowing you to tune data refresh rate to balance data costs. Depending on the size of your organization and customer base, it is possible that you may need to purchase a larger data bundle from Extensiv to support the Logixboard integration.
Q: How long will it take to configure the integration and what do I need to do?
