The dashboard was redesigned to make it easier for shippers to quickly find the most critical information needed to complete their day-to-day job.

Upon landing on the dashboard they are able to:

  • Understand upcoming moves they need to plan for downstream

  • See what needs immediate attention/what’s gone wrong

  • See any pending/open items which may need resolving

Search

Jump immediately to what’s pressing with global search. Search across files within Logixboard to shortcut to what you’re looking for.

At top of Screen the user will see the most important information to plan and take action:

  • Date Updates

  • Exceptions

  • Inbox

Date Updates

Date updates have been consolidated to one card to quickly understand what may need adjusting downstream.

When the user clicks on the ETA Updates, they will see a list of the shipments that have date changes.

Actions the user can take from this page:

  • Quick view of the old ETA and the new ETA

  • View documents that have been uploaded

  • View All Events will take the user to the Shipments tab for more information

Exceptions

Exceptions have been brought to the top to help users manage the most important tasks in their day. This now includes customs holds which may impact overall timelines.

When a user clicks on an Exception they will see more information on the shipments.

Inbox

Never miss an update on what’s been happening. Review messages, documents uploaded, and recent reminders that might require action.

In the redesign, Reminders have been pulled out of Exceptions and into Inbox to lend clarity to Exceptions and reduce count inflation.

The bottom half of the dashboard is broken into four categories: Active Shipments, Estimated Arrivals, Orders/Bookings, and Pinned

Active Shipments

Get an overview of your international shipments at a glance and dive into shipments at each stage to ensure they’re progressing as expected.

In the redesign, Active shipments have been moved to a map format. This will improve visual interest on the dashboard, improving the demo experience.

Clicking on a location bubble will show the shipments in that location

Clicking on the individual shipment takes the user to the Shipments Page

Note: The map can be zoomed in and zoomed out. If the screen is zoomed out on a wide screen then the map will show duplicates.

If your map looks like this, zoom in on the map and/or minimize your screen

Estimated Arrivals & Departures

Plan for your upcoming week with the calendar. Explore weeks further out to start looking ahead on staffing and space needs. When the user clicks on an individual shipment it takes them to the Shipments page for more information.

The filter in the top right corner allows the user to toggle between Arrivals and Departures, search by shipments or containers, and filter by mode.

Orders & Bookings

Quickly view which orders and bookings need attention and which have been confirmed.

Clicking on any option will take the user to the Orders page for more information and actions.

Pinned Shipments

Never lose a hot shipment again. Quickly check out the latest on your VIP moves without leaving the home screen.

Filter by transportation status or sort by ETA or ETD.
