The dashboard is the first page users see when they log in. It is a high-level overview of all of your most important platform data.

Helping you keep track of time-sensitive information, including which shipments are arriving this week, ETA changes, and new messages.

💡Admins and Operators will see all customer data. Operators with special permission will only see data for organizations they're assigned.

Search Bar

The search bar is located at the very top of the dashboard to help users easily find the information they need upon logging into the platform.

Users can search by:

  • Shipment ID

  • Order ID

  • Container Number

  • Product Code

  • House Bill

  • Master Bill

  • Air Waybill

  • Seal Number

  • Declaration Entry Number

  • Trucking Job ID

You can further refine the search results by filtering down to a specific shipment status, or sorting by ETA.

Imports vs Exports

Toggle the dashboard by imports and exports by selecting the arrivals and departures button in the top right-hand corner.

Switching the toggle from Arrivals to Departures updates the following:

  • This week's departure card: displays the shipments that are scheduled to depart from the Origin Port, instead of the shipments that are scheduled to arrive at the destination port or final destination.

  • ETDs updated in the inbox card: displays the ETDs that have been updated, instead of the ETAs updated, during the time period selected.

  • Estimated departures card: displays the shipments that are scheduled to depart, instead of the arriving shipments, during the time period selected.

Orders

Upon logging into the Logixboard platform, you will be able to see all order statuses directly on the main dashboard thanks to the orders card.

Active Shipments

The Active Shipments card includes everything that you are currently moving. See how many shipments you have and at what stage of their journey they’re in. With this filtered view, you can get the most relevant shipment data without filtering through historical information.

Active statuses include:

  • At Origin Port

  • In Transit

  • At Destination Port

  • Out for Delivery

📄 To learn where the information for each status is sourced, please reference the Logixboard Mapping Guide.

Containers

The Containers card highlights containers that need attention or action.

Click on a specific number to see the full list of containers with a specific need (such as containers that need to be returned within 10 days). The link will open up the Container Explorer page with that filter applied.

Find details in our mapping guide about where we source these dates from.

Inbox

Just like an email inbox, the Inbox allows you to see the latest changes to ETAs, messages, and uploaded documents related to your shipments within the inbox.

You can apply date range filters to the inbox to view updates from within that date range. By default, you will see updates from the past 7 days, but you can click the date range to set custom dates or use the quick view options of 14, 30, or 60 days.

The inbox includes:

  • ETA Changes

  • Messages

  • Documents uploaded
