If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
Go to the Login Page
Open the login page of the portal or application where you normally sign in.
Click "Forgot your password?"
Below the login form, click on the "Forgot Password" link.
Enter Your Email Address
You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Type it in and click Submit.
Check Your Email
A verification code will be sent to your email. Open your inbox, locate the email, and copy the code. Don’t forget to check you Spam/Junk folder if you do not see an email in your Inbox.
Enter the Verification Code and Set a New Password
Return to the password reset page, enter the verification code from your email, and create a new password. You will need to enter the password twice to confirm.
Tips for Creating a Strong Password:
Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Ensure your password is at least 8 characters long.
Avoid using easily guessed words like your name or common phrases.
Login with Your New Password
Click Reset and you will be redirected to the login page, where you can enter your email and new password to log in.
