Overview
Logixboard users have the ability to get notified when the Planned ETA or ETD of a Shipment changes. To configure this notification, simply ensure that the below options are ticked in.
How the Notification logic works
When the Estimated Arrival date or Departure date is updated in CargoWise, the Logixboard system checks to see if that update changes the date value of the new ETA/ETD. As long as the ETA or the ETD date value remains the same, users do not get notified.
