1. Can we assign more Organizations to a Customer user?
Yes. Admins and Operator have the ability to add more Organization to a user. In addition to this, they can also configure a user's access to Accounting [1].
To do so, go to Settings > User Admin > User Management, search and select the appropriate user and click on the Pencil icon on the left.
If you need to grant or revoke Accounting access, select the correct option (Yes or No).
Search for the Organization using Organization Name or Code.
If required, you can delete assigned Organizations.
Once done, hit the Save button.
2. Can we transition a user from an Operator to Admin user?
No. We cannot transition a user role from an Operator to Admin or vice versa. To do so, please delete the user and re-invite them again with the desired role type.
3. Can we transition an Operator User to Org Assigned Staff User?
Yes. Reach out to Support with the request, provide them with the Staff Code from CargoWise and one of the dedicated team will action this for you.
4. Can we change the email address of a user?
No. We do not support changing email address or Username of a user. To do so, please delete the user and re-invite them again with the correct/new email address.
