Configure Branch-Based Notifications for Operators

Written by Support Team

Overview

The Branch Notification Filter gives User Administrators and Operators control over which branches they receive notifications for. Rather than receiving notifications for every shipment, invoice, booking, or other logistical entity across all branches, users can now narrow their notifications down to only the branches that are relevant to them.

By default, all users are set to receive notifications for all branches. This setting can be updated at any time from the Notifications settings page.

Why This Matters

Before this feature, users who subscribed to notifications would receive updates for all shipments, invoices, bookings, and other entities, regardless of which branch those items were associated with. For users who only work with a specific branch or region, this created a high volume of irrelevant email notifications.

The Branch Notification Filter puts that control back in the user's hands, reducing noise and making it easier to stay focused on the activity that actually matters to them.

Who Can Use This

This feature is available to:

  • User Administrators

  • Operators

How to Configure Your Branch Notification Filter

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Select Notifications in the left navigation pane

  3. Locate the Branch Notification Filter section

  4. By default, All Branches is selected. To filter to specific branches, click Edit

  5. Select branches and then choose or which branches you want to receive notifications for

Once selected, you will only receive notifications for shipments and other logistic entities associated with your selected branches.
