Never miss an update with the Logixboard inbox

As part of your dashboard, the inbox will keep you updated with your most important updates and alerts. Set your own date range to see updates from that time period, it will default to the past 7 days.

  • Manage ETAs

  • Alerts for new in-app messages

  • Documents uploaded


ETAs/ETDs Updated

Depending on how you toggle your dashboard to focus on arrivals or departures will change the inbox to show either ETA or ETD updates.

ETA updates are pulled into your inbox for all of your shipments, the new ETA will be displayed with the date the ETA was updated just above.

When you select an ETA update, you will see the quick shipment view. Here you can see event updates, documents uploaded or leave messages.


Messages

Messages are linked to specific shipments meaning you can ask questions or post updates about an individual shipment. All messages are saved in the platform so historical conversations are easy to find.

Messages are available to everyone who has organizational access to the shipment.

You can add messages from the quick shipment view and the detailed shipment view.

  1. Click on the shipment and select the message box.

  2. Leave your comment and select add message.

  3. All users will be notified about the message via email.

  4. To edit message notifications, go to your notification settings.

Documents uploaded

You can upload documents to the platform to share with your team so nothing gets missed.

Any documents uploaded will be synced back to CargoWise One and the standard document types apply when uploading.

๐Ÿ’กIn the Admin settings, Admins can control which document types are available to be uploaded via the platform.
