1. What happens when the expected quantity is a number of pallets (Ex. 1200) but the actual pallets are another number? (Ex. 1000 Pallets)?

The missing 200 pallets will become part of that actual number of pallets after the receipts are finalized on CargoWise and we pull that information into Logixboard.

2. What are the reasons for a product having multiple receipts?

Multiple SKUs (Ex. T-shirt has many different sizes but it's still the same product).

A shipment that got split into 2 containers going to the warehouse.

3. When looking at receipts, in the Documents tab, is it possible to upload documents?

No, currently documents can only be downloaded.

4. How often is the warehousing product inventory data updated?

The warehousing product inventory data gets updated when a receipt is finalized, an order is in-progress, or when an order is shipped. Besides that, we do an update once a day to get the freshest data from CargoWise, in case there are other modules that affect that inventory data that we have not integrated with.

5. What is the delay time between when a Warehouse Order is created in Logixboard and when it’s in CargoWise?

The creation of the warehouse order in CargoWise usually takes 1-2 minutes, but can depend on the traffic going through your CargoWise instance.

6. How often are Warehouse Order and Receipts data updated?

When a warehouse receipt or order is created or updated in CargoWise it usually takes 1-2 minutes for the data to be reflected in Logixboard, but can depend on the traffic going through your CargoWise instance.
