Warehouse orders are requests for goods to be picked from the warehouse shelves and packed for delivery. (Users can also create warehouse orders directly within the platform. For more information, see Warehouse Order Creation.)

Warehouse Order Explorer

To access the Warehouse Order Explorer:

  1. Choose the Explore drop-down.

  2. Then select the Warehousing drop-down.

  3. Select Activity.

  4. Finally, click Orders.

The Warehouse Orders Explorer provides visibility into all your outbound orders, whether they were created in the platform or a back-end WMS. Users can see order details and track the status of their placed orders--from the time they are submitted to the time they are shipped.

Like other tables, the Warehouse Orders Explorer is designed to be flexible. You can:

  • Customize which columns are displayed

  • Use the column headers to sort or filter the data

  • Export the data to CSV

  • Click into a row to open a detailed view of that warehouse order.

Detailed Warehouse Order View

This is where you can access all available information about a warehouse order, including:

  • Order status

  • Order details, such as the client and consignee

  • Transport details, such as the expected delivery date

  • Notes

  • Attached documents

🌟 Warehousing is a premium feature. To activate it, reach out to your CSM or Account Manager.
