This is where you can access all available information about a product in inventory.

To access the detailed warehouse product view:

  1. Open the Explore drop-down.

  2. Then select the Warehousing drop-down.

  3. Choose the Inventory option.

  4. Click into a row to open the detailed view of a specific product.

The Overview page allows you to view real-time inventory updates for the product, like the quantity received and shipped in the past 30 days, the quantity with an order or receipt in progress, and the quantity available in the warehouse for ordering.

It also includes recent receipts and orders tied to the product, and product details like costs and dimensions.

Here are detailed explanations of some of the fields available on this page:

  • Stock Unit: The smallest unit of measure that the product can be reported on

  • Last Cost: Related to when the product code is used on a Brokerage file for commercial invoice line data. If the product is warehouse-only, this value will always be β€œ0.00”.

  • Commodity: Used to define Temperature Control, Hazardous, NMFC Class, etc.

🌟 Warehousing is a premium feature. To activate it, reach out to your CSM or Account Manager.

Recent Receipts

The Overview page also allows you to view associated receipts from the last 7 days. (To see all associated receipts, go to the Inventory History page.)

  1. Click the + symbol next to a date to see all the receipts from that date.

2. Here you'll be able to see all the details for that receipt, including the status, dates, and quantities (including expected vs actual).

3. You can also view and download documents related to that receipt (such as images of the condition of your goods.)

4. Lastly, you can view a list of all the other products included in that receipt. If you click on a related product, you will be taken to a detailed view of that product.

Orders

You can use a product's Overview page to access orders from the last 7 days. The Inventory History page allows you to access all orders for that product.

You can click the + symbol next to a date to see all the orders from that date.
