Warehouse receipts allow you to track goods coming into your warehouse.

Receipts Explorer

The Receipts Explorer provides visibility into all your inbound warehouse receipts. Users can see receipt statuses and explore all receipt activity - like recently received or expected soon - from a central, filterable table.

To access the Receipts Explorer:

  1. Choose the Explore drop-down.

  2. Then select the Warehousing drop-down.

  3. Select Activity.

  4. Finally, click Receipts.

Like other tables, the Receipts Explorer is designed to be flexible. You can:

  • Customize which columns are displayed

  • Use the column headers to sort or filter the data

  • Export the data to CSV

  • Click into a row to open a detailed view of that warehouse receipt

Detailed Receipt View

This is where you can access all available information about a warehouse receipt, including:

  • Receipt status

  • Associated products

  • Receipt details, such as ETA, total expected quantity, client, and supplier

  • Attached documents

Viewing Receipts Tied to a Product

You can access recent receipts tied to a product (last 7 days) from the product's Overview page.

You can access all receipts tied to a product from the product's Inventory History page.

🌟 Warehousing is a premium feature. To activate it, reach out to your CSM or Account Manager.
