Warehouse Order Creation allows you to request goods to be picked from the warehouse shelves and packed for delivery. Users can place outbound warehouse orders directly within the platform, reducing back-and-forth emails.
Users can sign up to receive email notifications when a new order is created and/or an order status changes.
Warehouse Order Creation Process
Choose the Explore drop-down.
Then select the Warehousing drop-down.
Select Activity.
Click Orders.
From the Warehouse Order Explorer, click Create Order.
Enter order details including the warehouse, consignee, date requested by, and any notes about the request.
π‘ You can cancel the order or reset the order form at any time during this process, if needed.
7. Enter the required product quantities.
8. (Optional) Attach any related documents to the order.
9. Click Create Order to submit the order.
Email Notifications for Warehouse Orders
If you want to receive email notifications when a new order is created and/or an order status changes, be sure to enable notifications for Warehouse Orders. For more information, see the Notifications section of Settings Menu.
