Parties you partner with on shipments will be able to directly fill out the booking request form, even if they do not have an account on the platform.
To do so, simply present them with the share form link.
Click “Share Form”
You can copy the link and send the booking request form directly to the relevant external party.
The external party is required to add:
Full Name
Organization
Email Address
After filling out the fields, they will need to press Next
The external party is required to add:
Involved Parties
Origin Port/Destination Port
Goods Description
After filling out the fields, they will need to press Next to submit the booking request.
You will then be notified of the new booking to manage on behalf of your customer.
