To avoid double data entry, users can create a new booking using existing shipment information. Start by navigating to the detailed shipment view to copy the information for a new booking using the Create New Booking button.

Shipper
Consignee
Origin port
Destination port
Service Level (COMING SOON - December 14)
Primary mode
Incoterms
Goods description
Cargo gross weight
Volume
Creating a New Booking From an Existing Shipment
Navigate to the shipment you would like to use as the basis for your new booking and click through to the detailed shipment view.
From here, you can follow a few simple steps:
Select Create New Booking
View the Create Booking Request form, with the above fields auto-populated where available
Click Save and proceed with your booking request as normal
