The In-App Messenger allows users to maintain organized conversations, within the context of a specific order, booking, or shipment.

View all of your messages from the Inbox card on the dashboard, where you can see the number of total and unread messages in your account.

You can also access each message thread through the page that it corresponds to:

To open a message thread, navigate to a given details page and click the blue message icon in the top-right corner. From there, type a message in the text box to add to the conversation.

Viewing Linked Shipments and Orders

Users can reference a message thread to view all conversations related to that shipment or order. The messenger will also automatically record when a shipment and order are linked. From there, users can navigate to the historical conversation by clicking the View Previous Message link.


Messenger Notification Settings

Users can customize when to be notified about a message in the Notifications tab of the Settings page. See Settings Menu for more details.
