Purchase Order Tracking

Written by Support Team

Logixboard Orders provides visibility into the overall status of the purchase order, as well as line-item status of orders. Order details will appear at the top of the Detailed Shipment View of the shipment the order is linked to in CargoWise (CW1).

Purchase Order Visibility in Logixboard is linked with the Order Management tools within the Forwarding module in CW1 (Forwarding > Order Manager > Orders).

🌟 This is a premium feature. If you wish to activate it, please reach out to your Account Manager.

Orders can be accessed by clicking on the Orders link in the top menu. The table contains all of your organization’s connected orders and their details.

Customize Your View

Your Orders table is only as useful as what it shows you. The good news: you're in full control. Whether you're focused on supplier timelines, order statuses, or delivery windows, you can build a view that surfaces exactly what you need — and save it so you're not starting from scratch every time.

1. Choose your columns Click the column configuration icon (the grid icon) to open the column selector. Check or uncheck topics to show or hide them — options are grouped by Reference IDs, Dates, Order Info, Related Parties, and Ports & Route. Use the six-dot ellipsis to drag and reorder them.

💡 Most customers keep PO Number, Supplier, PO Status, Current Status, and Latest Milestone front and center — that's usually enough to answer "where is this order?" without clicking into anything.

2. Rearrange columns in the table Drag any column header left or right directly in the table to put your most important info where your eyes go first.

3. Filter to what matters Click the Filters button to narrow your view across 11 data points — things like order status, supplier, or date range. If you're managing multiple suppliers or product lines, filtering by supplier is a quick way to check in on one relationship at a time.

4. Save your view Once you've got it dialed in, click Save As to store it in your Saved Views. You can create multiple views for different workflows — one for daily check-ins, one for end-of-week reviews, whatever works for your team.

  • Click the download icon to export the table in CSV format.

  • Hover over the timeline in a row to see the most recently completed step and next steps.

  • Click into a row to see more details on the progress of the purchase order.

  • Click All Milestones to open the Order Details.

  • Create a new Order (when enabled).

  • Create a Booking (when enabled).

Saved Views For Orders

Saved Views For Orders allows you to save your selected columns and filters, quickly revisiting them at a later time. This helps you easily segment your work, saving time later. Saving a view will allow users to load the following presets again:

Saved Views can also be shared with others in a few ways:

  • Set as public: this shares the view with everyone on the account, appearing in the Saved Views dropdown.

  • Set as default: this sets the selected view as the default view upon loading for any new user invited to your portal.

Client Order Creation

No more back-and-forth emails or calls to get an order started. Customers can create a purchase order directly in Logixboard, keeping everything in one place from the moment an order is placed.

This means the freight forwarder is looped in early before goods are even ready to ship so there are no surprises, no delays waiting on information, and a clear record of every order from day one.
