The Exceptions and Reminders feature allows users to stay informed on shipment, container, and booking updates to enhance visibility and streamline communication.

Users can opt to receive Notifications for any exceptions and reminders to get notified via email as they arise. Customize notifications in the Settings menu.

Managing Exceptions and Reminders

Exceptions and reminders are based on a calculated property and therefore cannot be manually hidden or removed. In order to resolve a given exception or reminder, the information must be updated in the system of record. Once the calculation is no longer true, the exception or reminder will be removed.

For example, the Planned ETA missed exception will display when Current Date > ETA and ATA is null. If you update the ATA to a non-null value or mark shipment status as “delivered,” the exception will be removed from your customer experience platform.
