To help your customers get up and running as quickly as possible in the system there are a couple of ways we communicate with them directly. All emails and messages are white-labelled with your branding.

Account invite when you add a new user to the system they will be asked to activate their account.
If they don't activate their account, they will receive email reminders.
Email notifications and alerts. Clients can choose which email notifications they would like to receive under the settings menu.
